Who we are
Fowler Access Controls builds fence, gates and gate operators in the Texas Panhandle. The company is owned by Andrew Winton and Gary Winton and is first-responder owned, and the crew works out of Pampa.
Most of our work is commercial and industrial: perimeter chain link, gates and gate operators for oil and gas, midstream, utility and plant sites, schools and general contractors. We also build cedar and chain link fence for homeowners.
Estimates for new fence, gate and operator installs are free. Repair and service calls carry a diagnostic fee, starting at $150.
